HabitPath stores your habits, streaks, reminders, and preferences locally on your device using Apple’s secure storage (Core Data). No personal habit data is uploaded to our servers.

Your information is used solely to help you track your habits and improve your experience within the app. Specifically, we may:

  • Save and manage your daily habit data
  • Sync subscription and entitlement status via RevenueCat
  • Store preferences such as theme, reminders, and notifications

3. Data Sharing

HabitPath does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Some third-party services may be used for functionality such as subscriptions and payments, including:

  • Apple App Store (for purchases and billing)
  • RevenueCat (for managing subscriptions and entitlements)

4. Data Retention

Your habit data is stored locally on your device. Deleting the app will permanently remove this data. Subscription and purchase information may be retained by Apple and RevenueCat according to their respective policies.

5. Security

All local data is stored securely using Apple’s Core Data framework. Any communication with Apple or RevenueCat services is encrypted in transit using HTTPS.

6. Your Rights

You can delete your local data anytime by removing the app. For subscription-related data or billing questions, please contact Apple Support directly or reach us through our contact form.
